At E-Veezy, we are proud to announce we have officially opened our flagship ultra-rapid EV charging hub at Northwood Park on Gatwick Road, Manor Royal, and what a launch it was.

On Thursday, 26th February 2026, we welcomed local businesses, partners and members of the community to come down, take a look around and celebrate with us. It was a brilliant day and a great chance to show people what we have been building.

The site features 27 ultra-rapid charging bays, with speeds of up to 400kW, designed to make charging quick, simple and reliable. To mark the launch, we offered free charging on both the 26th and 27th February, giving drivers the chance to plug in and experience the site for themselves. We were also joined by the Mayor of Crawley, Councillor Sharmila Sivarajah, who helped us officially mark the opening. Alongside this, we had fantastic support from the local business community, including Gatwick Diamond Business, Manor Royal BID, Richard Place Dobson and Creative Pod. Our automotive partners, Gatwick Kia and Volvo Car UK (Harwoods Group), were there too, showcasing some of the latest electric vehicles. Seeing everything come together on the day, the chargers live, the site fully operational, and Greggs and Sainsbury’s open, was a huge moment for us. It is something we have been working towards for a long time, and it really brought to life what we are all about: safe, reliable, everyday charging that just works.

The site itself is in a prime spot, just 7 minutes from Gatwick Airport, and it is open 24/7. We have also made sure it works for a wide range of drivers, including 8 bays designed specifically for commercial vehicles. Whether you are stopping off on a journey or charging before work, everything is set up to be as convenient as possible.

We have put a lot of thought into the details, too, from strong lighting and clear signage to CCTV coverage and wide, accessible bays, so it feels easy and safe to use at any time of day.

This site is just the beginning for us. With strong backing and a clear vision, Manor Royal is the blueprint for what is to come as we continue to grow and bring ultra-rapid, reliable charging to more locations.
