Our Story

Sixpenny Group Ltd and Arcus-PCD have worked in close partnership across a range of projects, combining complementary expertise to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Our collaboration is built on a shared commitment to thoughtful design, technical excellence, and long-term improvement of the built environment. Together, we bring extensive experience across project delivery, planning, and implementation, enabling a joined-up approach from early concept through to completion.

A key focus of our joint work has been supporting positive change and investment within the Manor Royal area.

E-Veezy Manor Royal is our latest project, which is the delivery of our cutting-edge, Flagship EV charging hub and new retail space, alongside a pocket park for all to enjoy. We are well on our way to delivering Greggs and Sainsbury’s retail units alongside a state-of-the-art ultra-rapid EV charging facility. The development will include 27 charging bays with dedicated charging specifically designed for long wheelbase commercial vans — ensuring accessibility for a wide range of users.

Previous projects include The Gemstone Building where the strength of this relationship which ensured we delivered the development on time and in budget, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, materials shortages and labour supply pressures. ESG was a key consideration in the design and construction of the Gemstone Building. We ensured that the latest processes and technologies were harnessed, resulting in the building securing BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.

With the development completed in just 14 months, Sixpenny Group signed a long-term pre-lease agreement with Evri (previously Hermes UK), the UK’s biggest dedicated parcel delivery company and then sold the Gemstone Building to CBRE Investment Management.

Through targeted projects and ongoing improvements, we have contributed to enhancing functionality, resilience, and overall quality across the estate. Our combined knowledge of the local context, coupled with a proactive and collaborative working style, has helped support Manor Royal’s continued development as a successful and sustainable business location.
